Data deletion instructions

Last updated July 26, 2026

You can disconnect Google or Meta, revoke provider access, and request deletion of data associated with your Seminar Engine account. You do not need to provide a password, access token, or provider credential.

01

Disconnect the provider in Seminar Engine

  1. Sign in to Seminar Engine.
  2. Open Attribution.
  3. Open the connected Google or Meta account.
  4. Select Disconnect and confirm.

Disconnecting removes the saved provider credential and disables future provider activity for that client connection. It does not necessarily revoke a provider authorization that supports another Seminar Engine client connection.

02

Revoke Seminar Engine at the provider

To end the provider-level grant as well, remove Seminar Engine from yourGoogle Account third-party connectionsor from Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.

  • Whether the request concerns Google, Meta, or all account data.
  • Enough detail for us to locate the account—never a password or token.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and may ask you to verify your identity and authority for the account. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the applicable provider credentials, provider account and asset information, and other personal information that we are not required to retain. We will respond within the period required by applicable law or platform policy and explain if limited records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.

Seminar registration data

If your request concerns a seminar registration, include the seminar, practice, event date, and contact information used to register. The client practice generally controls that information. We will process the request on its instructions or help route the request to the correct organization.
